How much is shipping?
Shipping & handling is a flat rate of $3.95 per order to anywhere in the United States. Orders over $39.00 receive free shipping!
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States and are working on expanding to Canada, UK and Australia.
How long does it take for my awesome gear to arrive?
All of our products are insured and ship with trackable ePacket service. We work closely with high quality manufactures in China, United States, Canada and other countries to ship our orders directly to your doorstep.
Order processing time takes 1-2 business days before shipment. We love to get our products out the door as fast as we can, sometimes same day.
Typical shipping times are 1-3 weeks and are fully trackable.
Do I receive a tracking number?
Yes, as soon as your package(s) ship an email notification will be sent to you with a clickable link to track your order. It can take a few days for our system to update, please be patient. Once updated you can track your order.
I received my package but where's the rest of my stuff?
Orders with multiple products are often shipped separately in order to get them to you faster. Expect multiple packages if you order more than one item.
Can I change my order or update my delivery address?
Please contact customer support as soon as possible if you wish to change the address, product quantities or cancel your order. Once your order has been fulfilled we are not able to change or cancel your order.
Can I return or exchange my products?
We fully warranty all of our products from manufacturer defects. If you have a problem with your product please contact customer support within 7 business days of receiving the product. Please pay attention to what you are ordering.
What forms of payment to you accept?
Our checkout is in USD and we accept all major credit cards.
What about taxes & duties?
Our experience is that, in most cases, there are no additional import costs imposed on your order. Most packages are marked as low value and often as gifts. However, we are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes or duties. By placing an order you consent that you are responsible for any and all customs fees when your package(s) arrive to your country.
